This policy is communicated to staff and stakeholders through notice boards, contracts and internal training. We ensure employees are aware of the potential impacts of our work and trained on how to reduce them.

Responsibility and Review

Overall responsibility for this Code and our wider CSR strategy lies with the Managing Director. All staff are expected to uphold its principles, and suggestions for improvement are encouraged through line managers. Suppliers and partners are also invited to raise ideas or concerns with their Allfresch contact.

We review this policy at least annually to confirm its effectiveness and relevance. Records of reviews and updates are maintained.
