Having managed major retail accounts across the UK and Europe, and with a background in retail buying and account management, Ben understands both sides of the supply chain.

Ben has worked alongside Andrew Sperling since 2011 and now leads on commercial and business development, helping retailers access consistent, high-quality supply programmes backed by trusted grower partnerships.
