Andrew Sperling founded Allfresch Group in 2013 and has led the company as Managing Director since its inception. With over a decade of experience in international fresh produce, Andrew has been central to building Allfresch’s integrated supply chains, connecting growers with customers across the UK, Europe and beyond.

Passionate about responsible sourcing, he works closely with global producer partners to ensure long-term sustainability, transparency and quality in supply. Under his leadership, Allfresch has established itself as a trusted link between growers and markets, supporting both farming communities and customer needs.
